April 18, 2007 It's been so long since I've had kittens that I forgot what having kittens was like. Scooter is making darned sure that I'm aware of the hyperness that is a kitten. And how In Your Face they must be at all times. ![]() My Buddy reads my Buddy List blogs with me
I put the kitties into the basement together to sleep last night. I thought I might sleep restlessly, waking often to listen for the sounds of a cat fight. Alas, I slept like I haven't slept in a long time and if the cats got into a fight, their problem, not mine. They both seemed fine this morning. Yoda continues to hiss but less often and with less space between them. So, that's good. I swear to you, this is not becoming a cat blog. It's just pretty much forefront on my mind these days. And that's a good thing. Because if you're spending alot of time worrying about your cats, the rest of your life must be pretty dang fine. Unless you're insane and put your cats before you children and anything else that might be falling apart around you. Girlfriend outing tonight with lap and <"http://akkelly.diaryland.com">akk. There's gonna be Bundt Cake! lap is hosting and we'll get to see some New To Her furniture that looks awesome on-line. If I like it enough, I'll just hit her over the head and steal it. You really just can't trust people you've met on-line. See you tonight, kids! Wear helmets! Yesterday I stopped by a scrapbook store to start a project that I have a little over a year to accomplish. I want to put together a really nice, really classic styled scrapbook for Thing 1, in time for his high school graduation open house. I only got as far as the album itself. Being a stamper, I know this won't be a problem. However, I also know that you can make too much out of it and go from scraphappy to scrapmadness easily. I plan to keep this in mind: KEEP IT SIMPLE, STUPID! One photo album. No tackiness allowed. No going overboard. Try to keep in mind a simple photo story of my son. Start your Scrapbooking Insanity pool now. Will I go beyond one scrapbook? Will there be Cute? Will I end up with all those other die(dye?)-cutters at the scrapbook store tables on my Friday nights and all day Saturdays? Will there be one background page with clowns on it? Or will I never even open the scrapbook and just end up tossing boxes full of photos on the tables at the open house? Run! Buy Cosmic's Book!
